The complete process then includes sandblasting for rust removal, precision cutting, welding and assembly, and final surface coating for corrosion protection.

The primary load-bearing systems combine steel frameworks and cable assemblies, with cables and accessories manufactured from marine-grade 316 stainless steel to ensure maximum durability. Steel components are hot-dip galvanized and finished with a two-component epoxy coating, delivering long-lasting resistance against corrosion in coastal and urban environments.
