All steel components are protected with epoxy zinc-rich primer and white topcoat, while the roof uses 1300 g\/\u33a1 white PTFE membrane with B1 fire rating, meeting semi-permanent building and public safety standards.","challenge_and_solution":"The client required a modern tensile membrane canopy for the school stadium stands, integrated with the existing grandstand concrete structure. Based on these requirements, a tie-rod hat-shaped tensile membrane system was developed. The columns are anchored to the grandstand foundation, and high-durability PTFE membrane is applied, ensuring structural stability, long service life, and a clean, modern appearance.","installation_and_technical_support":"Installation was carried out on site by our professional team using a phased assembly method. The steel framework was erected first, followed by precise installation and tensioning of the PTFE membrane to ensure uniform stress distribution and accurate alignment.
