To further improve campus infrastructure and enhance the daily commuting experience for teachers and students, the corridor canopy project at Zhuhai Ziqi Primary School has recently been successfully completed. From the start of on-site construction to final completion, the entire project took only 7 days. All installation work was scheduled during the National Day holiday, ensuring that campus safety and normal teaching activities were not affected while the construction was carried out efficiently.
Precision Steel Structure Prefabrication
Before the project began, our company carried out precision pre-fabrication of the steel structural components for the canopy. All steel parts were processed in the factory, including cutting, bending, welding, and polishing, strictly following standard manufacturing procedures to ensure accurate dimensions and structural stability. High-quality factory prefabrication not only enhanced the overall structural strength but also significantly improved on-site installation efficiency, laying a solid foundation for the rapid progress of the project.
Efficient On-site Installation and Tight Schedule Management
During the on-site installation phase, the project team worked closely according to the construction plan, carrying out steel structure lifting, joint connections, and tensile membrane installation in an orderly manner. Due to the tight schedule, the construction team worked overtime to accelerate the progress, while maintaining strict standards for safety and quality. Through effective coordination of manpower and equipment, multiple construction processes were executed simultaneously, greatly shortening the construction period.
Enhancing the Campus Environment and Functionality
Within just one week, the main structure of the corridor canopy was successfully installed and entered the final finishing stage. The clean and smooth structural lines not only enhance the overall campus environment but also provide a more comfortable and convenient sheltered walkway for teachers and students during rainy days.
