Advanced Membrane
Fabrication Base
JUTENT operates a 2,000 sqm specialized facility dedicated to PVDF and PTFE membrane processing. We prioritize fabrication precision and seam integrity over sheer scale, ensuring every tensile project is backed by a decade of engineering excellence.
On-site: Organized material storage and precision cutting zones.
Core Capabilities
Utilizing industry-leading hardware to ensure every seam exceeds international tensile standards.
High-Precision CNC Plotter
Digital nesting software optimizes PVDF/PTFE layouts. Multi-head automated cutting maintains millimeter-level tolerances, reducing waste and ensuring perfect on-site fit.
High-Frequency (HF) Welder
Engineered for PVC/PVDF materials. Electromagnetic molecular fusion creates structural seams with superior aesthetics and 100% waterproof integrity.
PTFE Pulse Heat Sealer
Specialized for Teflon-coated fiberglass. Utilizes computer-controlled pulse heating (350°C-400°C) to ensure uniform fusion without damaging the fiber core.
Tensile Testing Rig
Batch-specific sample testing for peel and tensile strength. We guarantee weld strength remains at ≥90% of the original material's physical properties.
Standard Operating Procedure
QC Inspection
Verification of thickness, coating parity, and color consistency.
CNC Cutting
Precision plotting based on 3D geometric flattening patterns.
Structural Welding
Primary seam fusion and reinforcement patch application.
Hardware Detail
Rope-edge threading and stainless steel cable node assembly.
Clean & Pack
Anti-crease folding and protective film vacuum wrapping.
The Golden Rules of
Fabrication QC
Tensile membranes are engineered components. A single seam failure under long-term tension can be catastrophic. We enforce three non-negotiable mandates:
-
Dust-Free Environment
Strict zone management to prevent debris from compromising the thermal bond of the welds.
-
Brand-Specific Thermal Profiles
Customized temperature curves for Tier-1 brands like Serge Ferrari, Heytex, and Sioen.
-
100% Inspection
All primary structural welds undergo light-box or ultrasonic spot checking prior to dispatch.
PVDF Compliance
GB/T 31163Standardized overlap widths (40-60mm) to ensure self-cleaning top-coats are preserved during the fusion process.
PTFE Compliance
Permanent GradeUtilization of high-strength FEP/Teflon welding tapes. Constant pressure control prevents fiberglass micro-fractures.
