Project Overview
This project is located in Kayin State, Myanmar, and features a large-scale tensile membrane canopy for a basketball court, serving public sports and recreational activities. Completed in August 2025, the total coverage area is approximately 2,680 square meters. The main structure adopts a truss steel frame with a white anti-corrosion coating, combined with high-quality white PVDF membrane. The overall design presents a clean and modern architectural style, enhancing both functionality and site aesthetics.
Challenge - Solution
The project utilizes a rod-supported arched structural system, offering a lightweight and efficient solution with clear load paths and strong stability. The design enables large-span coverage, meeting the open-space requirements of a basketball court. The high-performance PVDF membrane, combined with a steel support system, ensures excellent weather resistance, UV protection, and long-term durability, making it suitable for hot and humid climates.
Installation - Support
The project was designed and fabricated by our company based on the client’s requirements and structural scheme, then delivered via international logistics. Installation was carried out by the client’s local team, with our engineers providing on-site guidance and complete construction drawings to ensure smooth execution and efficient project completion.
