Manufacturing Excellence
Our 8,000 sqm factory in Guangzhou houses dedicated workshops: 6,000 sqm for steel structures and 2,000 sqm for membrane fabrication — ensuring end-to-end production control.
Our production process begins with precision CNC cutting for Q355B and Q235B steel components, followed by expert welding to meet strict structural integrity standards. Simultaneously, our membrane workshop utilizes advanced high-frequency welding for accurate and durable PVDF and PTFE fabric panel fabrication. Every stage undergoes rigorous quality control — from material inspection to final assembly checks — ensuring structures meet ISO 9001 and SGS certification standards.
