The Challenge
Industrial loading bay logistics at bio-tech facilities require 24/7 operational continuity. The Heyuan site faced extreme environmental hurdles: frequent tropical storms and high heat index levels that disrupted pharmaceutical material handling.
Traditional roofing was rejected due to long lead times and restrictive central supports. The project demanded an industrial fabric structure capable of providing 100% weather protection with a completely unobstructed floor plan.
The Solution
Jutent engineered a specialized clear-span sports roof style canopy adapted for heavy industry. By using high-tensile PVDF membrane panels and a modular steel skeleton, we created a massive "weather-shield" for the logistics zone.
Our engineering team utilized CFD wind load simulations to ensure structural stability against local gale-force winds, ensuring the facility remains operational year-round.

The Result
The commercial membrane roof now provides a temperature-regulated environment for the tech park. Natural daylighting harvesting through the translucent membrane has reduced the facility's energy consumption for daytime lighting by approximately 30%.
This installation serves as a benchmark for modern industrial logistics architecture, combining rapid fabrication with extreme structural durability.
