At the initial stage of the project, our team completed the structural design and layout optimization of the tensile membrane carport based on the site dimensions and functional requirements provided by the client, ensuring both structural stability and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
All steel structural components and membrane materials were pre-fabricated in advance at our factory in China, with a strict numbering and management system. The steel components underwent cutting, welding, drilling, and surface treatment before delivery, while the membrane materials were processed and cut according to the design specifications.
This standardized factory prefabrication significantly reduced on-site construction complexity and greatly improved overall installation efficiency.
