It is a football stadium grandstand tensile membrane canopy project designed to provide weather protection and improve spectator comfort.\nThe canopy measures approximately 63 m \u00d7 17 m, with a total steel consumption of about 34 tons.\nThe main structure adopts a steel framework treated with epoxy zinc-rich primer and blue finish paint, ensuring enhanced durability and corrosion resistance. The roofing system uses 1100 g\/\u33a1 white PVDF architectural membrane, featuring B1 fire-retardant performance, fully compliant with public and municipal building safety standards.","challenge_and_solution":"Located above the stadium grandstand, the canopy was required to provide effective sun shading and rain protection, while maintaining a modern and clean architectural appearance. The structure needed to integrate with the existing reinforced concrete grandstand columns.\r\nBased on the site conditions and functional requirements, we designed a cap-shaped tensile membrane structure, with the membrane tensioned upward using threaded rods. This solution is structurally efficient, visually simple, and significantly enhances the overall identity and aesthetics of the stadium grandstand.\r\n","installation_and_technical_support":"Our company dispatched experienced installation engineers to provide on-site technical guidance. Due to site conditions, the structure was assembled in sections.
