The canopy adopts an arched steel frame tensile membrane system. All steel components are treated with an epoxy zinc-rich primer and white topcoat for corrosion resistance. The roof is clad with 1100 g\/m\u00b2 white PVDF architectural membrane with B1 fire rating, meeting safety standards for semi-permanent buildings and public spaces.","challenge_and_solution":"The client required a tensile membrane canopy for the village basketball court, focusing on effective sun and rain protection, a simple and modern appearance, and controlled construction costs. Based on these requirements, our designers proposed a standard arched steel frame tensile membrane solution that is economical, practical, and visually clean, fully meeting the client\u2019s functional and budget expectations.","installation_and_technical_support":"Installation was carried out by our professional installation team using a segmented assembly method. Steel trusses were lifted with crane assistance to ensure accurate positioning and uniform membrane tension.
