Fabrication QC

Tensile membranes are engineered components. A single seam failure under long-term tension can be catastrophic. We enforce three non-negotiable mandates:

  • Dust-Free Environment

    Strict zone management to prevent debris from compromising the thermal bond of the welds.

  • Brand-Specific Thermal Profiles

    Customized temperature curves for Tier-1 brands like Serge Ferrari, Heytex, and Sioen.

  • 100% Inspection

    All primary structural welds undergo light-box or ultrasonic spot checking prior to dispatch.

PVDF Compliance

GB/T 31163

Standardized overlap widths (40-60mm) to ensure self-cleaning top-coats are preserved during the fusion process.

PTFE Compliance

Permanent Grade

Utilization of high-strength FEP/Teflon welding tapes. Constant pressure control prevents fiberglass micro-fractures.
