Project Location: Liandong Middle School, Wenchang City Coverage Area: 224 square meters Completion Date: July 2021 Building Type: Wavy Tensile Membrane Canopy Project Background: Situated adjacent to the school’s sports field, this project primarily serves as the canopy for the rostrum. The overall design features an elegant wavy appearance, providing teachers and students with essential shade and rain protection while significantly enhancing the visual appeal of the entire sports facility.

Cabaran - Penyelesaian

Challenge: High Elevation, Tight Schedule & Campus Construction Limits Due to the relatively high design elevation of the canopy and a tight delivery schedule, the construction team faced considerable pressure. Furthermore, because the site was located within the campus, the school administration imposed strict limitations on construction hours and noise levels. Traditional high-altitude scaffold assembly could not meet these rigid requirements. Jutent Solution: Ground Pre-Assembly & Dual-Crane Integral Lifting To ensure low-noise and high-efficiency execution within the specified timeframe, we adopted an “integral lifting” installation strategy. The engineering team first completely assembled the wavy steel framework on the ground. Once pre-assembly was finished, two cranes were deployed to synchronously hoist and position the entire structure in a single operation. This solution perfectly bypassed the noise and safety hazards associated with prolonged high-altitude construction.

Premium Materials & Efficient Delivery: The canopy utilized a 1050g/㎡ PVDF architectural membrane, renowned for its outstanding weather resistance and self-cleaning capabilities. During the critical construction phases, Jutent dispatched dedicated installation engineers to provide full-process on-site guidance. Thanks to the highly coordinated integral lifting plan, we firmly guaranteed the construction schedule, successfully completing and delivering a high-quality facility to the client.

Direka untuk mengoptimumkan penyebaran cahaya semula jadi, pemasangan kekuda rod pengikat ini meliputi 2968㎡ kemudahan sukan di Guangzhou. Kanopi tribun stadium menggunakan bahan PTFE 1300 g/㎡ untuk memastikan perlindungan jarak jauh bagi penonton sukan.
Persembahan taman awam luar di Florida dilindungi oleh pemasangan kekuda keluli melengkung seluas 830㎡ ini. Bumbung amfiteater menggunakan bahan PTFE gred tinggi 1300 g/m² untuk memberikan perlindungan kekal daripada matahari dan hujan.
Pemasangan PVDF tiga gerbang di Heyuan ini menyediakan perlindungan cuaca penting seluas 184㎡ untuk tempat duduk kampus. Sistem bumbung kanopi stadium direka untuk penutup pentas tegangan dan penggunaan kemudahan sekolah jangka panjang.
