Answers Before You Ask
Review our standard technical specifications and commercial terms before reaching out.
A standard 28m×15m PVDF basketball court canopy typically ranges from USD 18,000 to 35,000 FOB Guangzhou. The final price depends on span, membrane grade, steel specification, and anti-corrosion treatment. We provide a detailed itemised quote within 48 hours of receiving your project dimensions.
PVDF (650–1350 g/m²) carries a 10-year warranty and is the most cost-effective choice for most sports court applications. PTFE carries a 15-year warranty, is self-cleaning, and performs better in high-UV or coastal environments. For sites within 5 km of the coast, we recommend upgrading to PTFE or specifying hot-dip galvanised steel frames.
Yes. Every order includes a complete set of fabrication drawings and a structural analysis report calculated using SAP2000 and 3D3S software. Our default design standard is the Chinese national code. If your project requires ASCE 7 (US) or Eurocode (EU) compliance, we can adapt the calculations accordingly — just specify this at the enquiry stage.
Standard lead time is 45–60 days from design confirmation to shipment. Payment terms are T/T 50% deposit, 50% before shipment. For larger orders, we can discuss milestone-based arrangements — for example, 30% deposit / 40% on first shipment / 30% on final shipment.
Yes. We provide detailed installation manuals and remote technical support as standard. For projects that require it, we can also dispatch one of our engineers to your site to supervise installation directly. Please discuss this requirement at the enquiry stage so we can include it in the project scope.
Yes. We welcome third-party inspection at any stage of production. Material test reports are provided as standard with every batch. If you require an independent inspector, we can coordinate access to our facility and provide all necessary documentation to support the process.
