Guangzhou Jute Tent Co., Ltd (Jutent) specializes in the full-lifecycle delivery of tensile membrane structures. Our services encompass professional engineering analysis, architectural design, precision fabrication, and global installation supervision for materials including PTFE, PVDF, and ETFE.

The content on www.jutent.com is provided for informational purposes regarding our architectural capabilities. By using this site, you agree not to:

• Copy or redistribute engineering case studies and project renderings without written consent.
• Attempt to interfere with the website's technical infrastructure or security.
• Use the contact forms for unsolicited marketing (SPAM).

To provide an accurate technical proposal and quotation, Jutent requires specific project data including geographic location (for wind/snow load calculation), structural span requirements, and preferred membrane type. All official quotations are valid for a period of 30 days unless otherwise specified.

All proprietary designs, 3D structural simulations, and technical shop drawings produced by the Jutent engineering team remain the intellectual property of Guangzhou Jute Tent Co., Ltd. Unauthorized use of our engineering schemes for third-party bidding is strictly prohibited.

The client is responsible for ensuring that site foundations are prepared according to Jutent's structural specifications. It is also the client's responsibility to secure local building permits and ensure compliance with regional zoning laws for tensile structures.

While Jutent ensures all structures meet rigorous safety factors, we are not liable for damages resulting from environmental conditions that exceed the agreed-upon design specifications (e.g., extreme typhoons or earthquakes beyond calculated limits) or lack of regular maintenance by the owner.

We respect your professional privacy. Any technical drawings or site photos shared with Jutent for the purpose of consultation are treated as confidential and will not be shared with outside parties without your explicit approval.

These terms and any subsequent service contracts are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Jurisdiction for any legal matters shall reside with the courts of Guangzhou, Guangdong Province.
