Answers Before You Ask
Review our standard technical specifications and commercial terms before reaching out.
Our PVC membrane canopies typically last 15-20 years, while PTFE membrane options offer an extended lifespan of 25-30+ years, depending on environmental conditions and proper maintenance.
We offer custom designs, but typical clear spans range from 10m to 20m in width, with lengths configurable in 5m increments. Eave heights are commonly 4-6m to accommodate various vehicle types and equipment.
Our structures are engineered to meet local building codes, resisting wind loads up to 120 km/h (Beaufort 12) and snow loads up to 1.0 kN/m² for standard designs. The membranes are UV-resistant, waterproof, and treated for extreme temperatures.
Tensile membrane structures require less extensive foundations than traditional buildings. Typically, concrete footings or ground anchors are sufficient, reducing foundation costs by up to 50% and minimizing site disruption.
We utilize high-strength architectural PVC (950-1200 gsm) or PTFE (0.8-1.2mm) membranes, supported by a robust framework of Q235/Q355 galvanized steel. The steel receives a minimum 80µm zinc coating for superior corrosion resistance.
