Answers Before You Ask
Review our standard technical specifications and commercial terms before reaching out.
We primarily use PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) and PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) coated fabrics. PTFE membranes offer a design life of 25-30+ years, while PVC membranes typically last 15-20+ years, both providing excellent durability for public infrastructure.
Our tensile membrane structures are engineered to achieve impressive clear spans, typically ranging from 15 to 30 meters, without the need for intermediate columns. This maximizes open space for passenger movement and vehicle access.
Jutent canopies are designed for robust performance. They are engineered to withstand high wind loads up to 150 km/h and snow loads up to 1.0 kN/m², depending on local regulations. Both PTFE and PVC membranes offer excellent UV resistance and are waterproof, providing reliable shelter in diverse climates.
PTFE membranes allow 8-15% natural light transmission, while PVC membranes typically transmit 5-12% of natural light. This reduces the need for artificial lighting during the day, creating bright and inviting spaces for commuters.
A typical project timeline involves 2-4 weeks for design and engineering, 4-8 weeks for membrane fabrication and steel structure manufacturing, and 2-4 weeks for on-site installation, depending on the project's scale and complexity.
