Project Overview
Project Location: A large nature scenic area in Qingyuan City
Coverage Area: 121 square meters (11m × 11m)
Building Type: Square single-peak tensile membrane structure (Large outdoor sunshade canopy)
Project Background: With the continuous increase in tourist foot traffic, the scenic area management urgently needed to add complementary sunshade facilities in the core recreation area to enhance the outdoor visitor experience. The project required not only a large area of effective shelter but also a visual design that harmoniously blends with the surrounding natural landscape.

Challenge - Solution
Challenge: Restricted On-Site Workspace & Environmental Protection Requirements
As an actively operating scenic area, the on-site installation conditions were highly restricted. It was imperative to avoid damaging the surrounding vegetation and existing roads, while simultaneously minimizing disruption to the flow of tourists. Traditional large-scale, high-altitude piecemeal assembly methods were entirely unfeasible for this site.
Jutent Solution: Ground Pre-Assembly & Integral Lifting Operation
After detailed on-site surveys and mechanical simulations, our engineering team developed a construction strategy of “ground pre-assembly + one-time integral lifting.” We pre-assembled the massive 11m × 11m structural frame with high precision in an open ground area. Subsequently, coordinated with a heavy crane, the assembled steel skeleton and membrane were simultaneously lifted, positioned, and anchored. This approach significantly reduced high-altitude operations, drastically shortened the on-site construction period, and perfectly mitigated the installation risks posed by the complex terrain.
Installation - Support
In terms of material selection and engineering management, Jutent consistently adheres to the highest standards of quality control:
Premium Architectural Membrane Application: The core canopy utilized an 1100g/㎡ PVDF architectural membrane, renowned for its high strength and exceptional self-cleaning properties. This material not only provides outstanding UV resistance and heat insulation but also features superior weather durability, ensuring the facility remains pristine and resilient in the outdoor natural environment over the long term.
Factory-Level Modular Prefabrication: All steel structural components underwent precise cutting, welding, and advanced anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatments within Jutent’s dedicated processing factory. This ensured that every component met the highest standards prior to delivery, completely avoiding any environmental pollution caused by secondary on-site processing.
Full-Process On-Site Installation Guidance: We dispatched an experienced team of installation engineers to the Qingyuan site to provide comprehensive supervision and meticulous fine-tuning of the hoisting process, stress tensioning, and node connections. This guaranteed the efficient advancement and flawless delivery of the project. The completed single-peak sunshade canopy features an elegant, expansive tensioned form, earning high praise from the scenic area management.
