Project Overview

This group of projects is located in Hainan, China, and was completed in 2022. With a total covered area of approximately 1,420 m², the tensile membrane canopies are designed for parking lot sunshade and rain protection. The structures use I-beam steel frames with epoxy zinc-rich primer and white topcoat for corrosion resistance. The roofing system adopts 1100 g/m² white PVDF membrane with B1 fire rating, meeting safety standards for semi-permanent buildings and public spaces.

Challenge and Solution

A standard 7-shaped I-beam tensile canopy design was applied. This solution features a clean appearance, stable structure, low construction cost, and long-term durability, making it a widely used and economical option for parking facilities.

Installation
and Support
