The Challenge: Urban Commercial Integration
The Nanning Min'ge Lake commercial district required a reliable weather protection system that could accommodate high pedestrian traffic while aligning with the area's modern landscape. The core challenge was to engineer a large-scale shading solution that balances structural integrity with a lightweight, visually harmonious aesthetic.
As a key public space, the project demanded stringent safety protocols and minimal disruption to the surrounding environment during the construction phase.
The Solution: Controlled Lifting and Installation
Jutent is currently executing the critical phases of steel structure lifting and tensile membrane installation. To ensure accuracy and safety, all operations are managed directly by our in-house engineering and construction teams.
We implemented standardized lifting procedures for the primary steel framework, followed by calculated membrane tensioning protocols. This systematic approach allows our site managers to maintain strict quality control, adapt to on-site variables, and keep the project firmly on schedule.
The Result: Progress Toward Completion
With the primary steel elements securely in place and membrane tensioning underway, the circular structure is taking its finalized form. The steady progress demonstrates our capability to transition complex engineering designs into tangible commercial infrastructure.
Upon completion, the tensile membrane canopy will deliver durable sun and rain protection, establishing a highly functional and visually distinct environment for public leisure and commercial activities at Min'ge Lake.
