Project Location: Huasheng Biological Factory, Huizhou Total Coverage Area: 460 square meters (Multiple combined units) Completion Date: March 2026 Building Type: Customized Tensile Membrane Loading Dock Canopy System Project Background: As a high-standard manufacturing enterprise, Huasheng Biological has strict requirements for the stability of its logistics supply chain. To prevent goods from being exposed to the sun and rain during loading and unloading, and to ensure the safety of biological products and efficient logistics, the client planned to build dedicated weather-proof canopies at the loading docks of several different factory buildings.

Desafío - Solución

Challenge 1: Scattered Multi-Node Layout & Highly Customized Needs Unlike conventional single-structure large canopies, this project consisted of multiple loading docks distributed across various factory buildings. Each dock featured different site environments, available spatial spans, and expected canopy shapes. This required the design solution to possess extreme flexibility and customization capabilities. Jutent Solution: Our engineering design team conducted precise on-site surveying for every loading node within the factory. Based on the actual facade environment of each building, we adopted a strategy of “unified design language with individual customization.” We performed independent structural form-finding and mechanical calculations for each loading dock. This approach ensured the structural safety of the differently shaped canopies while maintaining the architectural aesthetic consistency of the entire facility. Challenge 2: Concurrent Multi-Point Construction & High Demand for Team Collaboration The project required the simultaneous construction of multiple canopies without disrupting the normal production and logistics of the various workshops. This “multi-point concurrent” construction model posed a massive test to the installation team’s resource scheduling and on-site coordination capabilities. Jutent Solution: We developed a scientific “batched synchronous advancement” construction organization plan. By front-loading the complex coordination work, the engineering command center precisely allocated personnel, machinery, and materials. Various installation teams operated in parallel under unified directives, flawlessly achieving highly efficient cross-regional collaboration and ensuring the orderly, simultaneous progress of multiple individual canopy units.

High-Standard Industrial Material Selection: Considering the biological factory’s rigorous requirements for environmental cleanliness and facility durability, all canopies utilized a heavy-duty 1050g/㎡ PVDF architectural membrane. Its outstanding self-cleaning properties and extremely high tensile strength provide long-lasting, maintenance-free, all-weather protection for the loading areas. Factory-Level Prefabrication & Seamless Installation: To minimize the footprint of on-site construction operations, all steel structural frameworks underwent high-precision prefabrication and anti-corrosion treatments at Jutent’s dedicated factory. During the on-site installation phase, Jutent dispatched highly experienced installation engineers for full-process on-site command. They strictly supervised the steel assembly and membrane tensioning processes at each node. All canopies were successfully delivered in March 2026, earning high praise from the client upon being put into use.
