Project Overview
This project is located in Qingyuan, China, and was completed in 2021. With a total covered area of approximately 1,235 m², it serves as an internal parking canopy for China Southern Power Grid. The canopy adopts a hat-shaped tensile membrane structure supported by a steel framework. All steel components are treated with epoxy zinc-rich primer and white topcoat for corrosion resistance. The roof is covered with 1100 g/m² white PVDF membrane, fire-rated B1, meeting safety standards for semi-permanent buildings and public spaces.

Challenge - Solution
The client required a modern and aesthetically pleasing tensile membrane canopy to provide effective sun shading and rain protection for the internal parking area. Based on these requirements, a hat-shaped tensile membrane solution was proposed, featuring a clean appearance, stable structure, cost efficiency, and long-term durability.
Installation - Support
Installation was carried out by our professional team using a phased installation method. The steel framework was installed first, followed by PVDF membrane tensioning to ensure uniform membrane stress and precise alignment. The project was completed efficiently and on schedule, fully meeting the functional and design expectations.
