The Challenge: Strict Time Constraints
Upgrading the campus infrastructure at Zhuhai Ziqi Primary School required the addition of a weather-protective corridor canopy. The primary challenge was an aggressively tight schedule: the entire operation had to be completed within a 7-day window during the National Day holiday.
Furthermore, the project demanded a zero-tolerance policy for disruption, ensuring that the installation would not impact daily teaching activities or compromise the safety of the campus environment once students returned.
The Solution: Controlled Prefabrication
To meet the deadline, Jutent prioritized rigorous factory-level prefabrication. Every steel component was precision-engineered at our manufacturing center—undergoing accurate cutting, bending, welding, and surface polishing before transport. This drastically minimized the time required for on-site fabrication.
During the deployment phase, our installation team executed a highly coordinated schedule. By managing resources effectively, we were able to conduct steel structure lifting, joint connections, and membrane tensioning simultaneously, maximizing daily output while adhering to strict safety protocols.
The Result: Rapid Infrastructure Upgrade
The core structure and tensile membrane were successfully installed and finalized within the allotted 7-day period. The meticulous prefabrication and disciplined site management ensured the project was handed over on time and to exact specifications.
The completed corridor canopy now serves as a durable, highly functional sheltered walkway. It significantly improves campus logistics by offering continuous weather protection for students and teaching staff, demonstrating Jutent's capacity for rapid, large-scale deployments.
