This tensile membrane entrance canopy project is located in Nigeria and was completed in 2019. The structure covers approximately 469 m² and features a cantilevered hat-shaped roof supported by a steel framework. All steel components are protected with an epoxy zinc-rich primer and white topcoat for enhanced corrosion resistance. The roof is clad with 1100 g/m² white PVDF architectural membrane with B1 fire rating, complying with safety standards for semi-permanent buildings and public spaces.

Challenge - Solution
The client required a tensile membrane canopy for the office building entrance to provide effective sunshade and rain protection. Based on the building structure and functional needs, our designers developed a hat-shaped tensile canopy solution that combines a lightweight structure with modern architectural expression, fully meeting the client’s design and performance requirements.
